Location: Main Playing Area (Grand Ballroom)
When: Held on Monday starting at 7pm sharp! A five-round tournament played in round-robin style in tables of 6 players.
Eligibility: Anyone with an AGA ID.
Rules: AGA rules will be used. These are all non-handicap (even) games, with a 7.5 point komi for white.
Time Controls: Each player gets 10 minutes, with sudden death (no bonus time, no byo-yomi).
Handicaps: These are all non-handicap (even) games.
Prizes: On Monday evening, one player at each table will be declared the “Table Winner.” Table winners will be entered into a playoff Tuesday night to determine overall Dan and Kyu champions. Prizes will be awarded to the top two finishers in both the Dan and Kyu sections.
